Ceres celebrates the intersection of food, awareness, and the visual medium of film. Join us in promoting sustainable practices, connecting with like-minded individuals, and enjoying thought-provoking films.

1. Apply:

   • Fill out our volunteer application form below. *Applying does not guarantee a volunteer position.

2. Expectations:

   • We value professionalism, smiles, and enthusiasm.

3. Our volunteers may have various roles during an event, including:

   • Front of House: Check-in, ticket scanning, and gift bag distribution.

   • Ushering: Assisting guests in finding seats.

   • In-theater Service: Serving food and drink during film screenings.

   • General Setting Up and Clean Up: Keeping the event space tidy, setting up tables/chairs. Accepting and setting up donations, food, drink, etc.

   • Event promotion: Outreach and distribution of marketing materials.

4. Specialized Roles:

   • Fundraising: Are you an expert fundraiser looking for ways to help and volunteer at a meaningful org? Please inquire for more information.

   • Videography/Photography Volunteers:

     • Gain experience capturing event moments (e.g., panel recording, photos of food, people, scenery).

     • Submit a sample of your work for consideration.
